We are capable of setting up complete production lines, starting from the mixing room, where the bases are prepared and then dispensed onto baking plates to create cones, cylindrical wafers, and flat wafers. Our ovens, designed to meet every need, offer variable configurations with a number of plates ranging from 24 to 60 units, allowing hourly production capacities from 1,500 to 3,000 pieces.

The produced wafers can be further enhanced with decorations such as chocolate, chocolate combined with various toppings, or enriched with customized ingredients. This versatility enables us to effectively address both inline production needs and separate production requests, adapting to specific layouts and the volumes required by our clients.

Flexibility and Customization

Some wafer formats can be further enriched with chocolate fillings or other ingredients and decorated with toppings to offer unique and appealing solutions. The final packaging stage is designed to meet the specific needs of the customer, including options such as foil-wrapped cones for industrial gelato or hygiene-protective cones for artisanal gelato.
